Regulation .13 Report Pay.

An employee who is prescheduled to work an overtime shift in a 24-hour facility and reports to duty shall be guaranteed 3 hours overtime pay at the appropriate rate unless the employee is a holdover from a previous shift.

This regulation shall apply as of July 1, 1998.
