Regulation .02 Preliminary Qualifications for Examinations.

The minimum qualifications, as amended periodically, prescribed in classification specifications and in position selection plans are adopted as part of guidelines adopted by the Secretary.

An applicant shall furnish proof of minimum education and experience qualifications including licensure or other certifications required by law.
