Regulation .05 Conduct of Examinations.

An examination shall be conducted as provided in State Personnel and Pensions Article, Title 7, Annotated Code of Maryland.

A report shall be prepared detailing the conduct of the examination and the results as required by the Secretary.

The integrity of the examination and the confidentiality of the examination materials and results shall be maintained. If an audit reveals breaches in security or other irregularities, appropriate remedial action may be ordered by the Secretary.
