Regulation .09 Duration, Extension, Combination, and Cancellation of Lists of Eligibles.

A list of eligibles shall continue in force for the time period specified in the position selection plan. A list may be extended.

When a list of eligibles for a class exists and the same examination for the class is given again, the names of the qualified successful competitors shall be placed on the list. Each competitor shall appear on the list only once with the competitor's most recent result.

Lists resulting from examinations with different content shall be maintained separately.
