A.
Types. A demotion may be made:
(1)
Voluntarily;
(2)
As a form of discipline; or
(3)
Pursuant to State Personnel and Pensions Article, §11-304, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B.
Appeals. An employee may appeal a demotion pursuant to State Personnel and Pensions Article, §11-109, 11-303, or 11-304, Annotated Code of Maryland.
