Regulation .05 Informal Conferences.

The Office shall conduct all conferences informally and in accordance with the provisions of State Personnel and Pensions Article, Titles 11 and 12, Annotated Code of Maryland, and this chapter.

Conferences shall be closed to the general public unless the employee waives the confidentiality of the conference.
