The Secretary shall conduct an annual review of the program for testing for illegal use of drugs to:
A.
Allow for incorporation of modifications made in the field of testing for illegal use of drugs;
B.
Allow for addition or deletion of specific substances listed in Regulation .06 of this chapter; and
C.
Ensure compliance with this chapter.
