Training is provided to employees in order to: Develop employees according to their capabilities; Train employees to perform their official duties with maximum efficiency; Increase and enhance the retention of employees in State service and meet the State's personnel needs; and Train managers and supervisors to be knowledgeable and skilled in the fair application of laws, regulations, and guidelines.
