A request for more than one copy of a certificate of status for an entity is treated as one request and only one expedited fee is charged. A request for processing foreign or domestic corporation documents, limited partnership certificates, or limited liability company documents may include up to five certificates of status for the entity or five copies of the document being filed, or both, provided an expedited fee for each type of request is paid. Fees for expedited service may not be charged on rejected documents. If the Department is unable to accommodate a request for expedited service, the expedited fee is refunded.
