The party listed as principal or owner in the certificate already filed may file a certificate amending any item on the certificate, except the trade name. The amending certificate shall: Set forth the trade name; Set forth the item being amended; Be signed by the principal or owner named in the certificate, and if a new owner or principal is being named, by the new owner or principal, under penalties of perjury; and Be accompanied by a fee set by Corporations and Associations Article, §1-406, Annotated Code of Maryland.
