The party listed as owner or principal in the certificate may file a certificate cancelling the trade name at any time. The certificate of cancellation shall: State the trade name; State that the certificate is cancelled; Be signed by the principal or owner named in the certificate; and Be accompanied by a fee set by Corporations and Associations Article, §1-406, Annotated Code of Maryland.
