A local law shall include sanctions for violations of the substantive provisions of the law. Consistent with local power and authority, enforcement provisions may include: Civil fines; Cease and desist orders to enjoin continuation of violations; Administrative and personnel sanctions; Reprimands; Late fees; Criminal sanctions; and Other sanctions as appropriate in the local jurisdiction.
