Regulation .02 Pre-Enrollment Information.

On request of a supplier, a utility shall provide the following applicable customer information:

Account name;

(2)

Billing address;

(3)

Service address;

(4)

Utility account number and any other number designated by the utility as necessary to process an enrollment;

(5)

Bill cycle;

(6)

Voltage level;

(7)

Utility rate class or code;

(8)

Energy assistance household status;

(9)

Load profile;

(10)

Meter number;

(11)

Meter type;

(12)

Multiple meter indicator;

(13)

Peak load contribution;

(14)

Metered demand;

(15)

Billed demand;

(16)

Monthly historical demand for the previous 12 months;

(17)

Monthly historical consumption for the previous 12 months;

(18)

Monthly time-of-use data for the previous 12 months; and

(19)

Interval meter data for the previous 12 months.

A utility shall provide the information in §A of this regulation to a supplier through an electronic transaction approved by the Commission.
