Regulation .01 Gas Supplier License Required.

A person may not engage in the business of a gas supplier in the State without obtaining a license from the Commission.

A person is limited by the terms of the license issued by the Commission.

A license granted under this subtitle is valid unless suspended or revoked by the Commission.

A license issued under this chapter may not be transferred without prior approval of the Commission.
