An applicant shall file an original and 15 paper copies and an electronic copy of an application with the Commission. In addition to filing the application with the Commission, the applicant shall simultaneously provide a copy of the completed application to the Maryland Office of People's Counsel, along with the supporting documentation and any supplemental or updated information.
