Regulation .02 Disclosure of Customer Information.

Except as provided in §B of this regulation, a supplier may not disclose a customer’s billing, payment, energy assistance household status, or credit information without the customer’s consent.

A supplier may disclose a customer's billing, payment, or credit information for the sole purpose of facilitating billing, bill collection, or credit reporting.

A supplier shall provide a customer with a copy of the supplier's customer information privacy policy.
