The requirements for Green Power Offerings set forth in COMAR 20.53 and 20.61 shall not apply to Green Power Offerings approved by the Commission for an electric cooperative.
B.
The reporting requirements set forth in COMAR 20.61.04.01 shall not apply to an electric cooperative.
