A renewable energy facility may be decertified for any of the following:
A.
Failure to comply with this chapter;
B.
A material change in circumstances that causes the facility to become ineligible for certification under Regulation .01 of this chapter;
C.
Fraud, including participation in events that result in a REC being double-counted; or
D.
Good cause as determined by the Commission.
