A subscriber organization shall maintain the following information for each project operating under the Program: Ownership information; Technical and managerial expertise; Business address; Project design details, including: Project location/service territory; A/C output capacity; Equipment list; and Interconnection requirements; Subscriber data as directed by the Commission, including: Household income; Credit rating; and Other data; and Subscription information, including: Rates; Fees; and Terms and conditions. A subscriber organization shall provide the information in §A of this regulation to the Commission upon request. A subscriber organization shall provide to the Commission, in a timely manner, information requested by the Commission concerning the operation of a community solar energy generating system.
