A subscriber organization may use an agent or subscription coordinator to conduct marketing or sales activities. A subscriber organization is responsible for any fraudulent, deceptive, or other unlawful marketing performed by its agent or subscription coordinator while marketing or selling subscriptions on behalf of the subscriber organization.
