The CCA website shall provide the following information to customers: Current rates; Effective period for current rates; Terms of service; Renewable content; Summary of the type of costs included in rates; Contact information for CCA; When to contact CCA; Contact information for electric companies; When to contact electric companies; CCA opt-out information, including an explanation of the means to opt-out or refuse CCA service; CCA enrollment information; CCA customer information privacy policy; A copy of the full text of the CCA Aggregation Plan; and Information about customer protection.
