The CCA shall employ measures to mitigate price volatility for CCA customers, as referenced in the CCA’s Aggregation Plan.

The CCA shall employ measures to mitigate the risk of Aggregation Suppliers’ or other suppliers’ failure to provide contracted services, as referenced in the CCA’s Aggregation Plan.
