The following documents shall be made available for public inspection at the offices of the Commission and on the Commission’s website:
A.
A copy of the application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the construction of a generating station or transmission line, or an application for modification to an existing electric generating station or transmission line;
B.
All written public comments received by the Commission concerning the application; and
C.
Any comments and recommendations filed by a State agency or other parties concerning the application and received by the Commission.
