Regulation .09 Temporary License.

The Public Service Commission may issue a temporary license to an applicant.

Provided an application for a taxicab driver’s license includes a background check in accordance with Public Utilities Article, §10-104.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, an applicant may operate a taxicab on a provisional basis until the Public Service Commission renders a decision on the application for a temporary license.
