Regulation .22 Transportation Network Operator.

Comply with all applicable Commission, vehicle inspection, and insurance requirements;

Accept only transportation arranged through a TNC’s digital network and shall not solicit or accept street-hails;

Display a TNC identification defined under Regulation .24A(6) and (7) of this chapter at any time that the operator is logged onto a TNC’s digital network;

Possess a valid driver’s license;

Be at least 18 years of age, and have at least 6 months of licensed driving experience; and

Upon request, provide the Commission with a valid motor vehicle safety inspection certificate.
