#### Regulation .16 Publicizing Awards.

Written notice of award shall be sent to the successful bidder. Notice of award shall be made available to the public. Notices of award of all contracts pursuant to this chapter shall be published in eMaryland Marketplace by the procurement agency not more than 30 days after the execution and approval of the contract.
