Regulation .10 Janitorial Services.

A bid or proposal submitted in response to a solicitation for janitorial services shall include at a minimum:

(1)

Labor costs;

(2)

Cost of cleaning supplies; and

(3)

Projected labor hours to satisfactorily complete the work.

This regulation does not apply to procurements governed by State Finance and Procurement Article, Title 14, Subtitle 1, Annotated Code of Maryland.
