Upon receipt of a procurement agency's claim, the procurement officer:
A.
Shall investigate and review the facts pertinent to the claim;
B.
May request additional information or substantiation through any appropriate procedure; and
C.
Unless clearly inappropriate, may seek the advice of the Office of the Attorney General.
