A.
The Living Wage applies to an employee who:
(1)
Is 18 years old or older or who will turn 18 during the duration of a State contract for services subject to the Living Wage Law; and
(2)
Spends at least one-half of the employee's time during any work week on a State contract for services subject to the Living Wage Law.
B.
The Living Wage does not apply to an employee who works less than 13 consecutive weeks and full-time on a contract subject to the Living Wage Law.
