Regulation .15 Report on Veteran-Owned Small Business Participation.

On or before October 1 of each year, each procurement unit shall report to the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs on the number and amount of contracts awarded to VSBEs and the effectiveness of the VSBE program, in accordance with COMAR 21.11.14.06.

The report format shall be determined by the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs.
