On or before December 1 of each year, the Department of General Services shall submit a report to the Board of Public Works on procurements made under COMAR 21.02.01.04B(10) that shall include for each procurement: The purposes of the procurement; The name of the contractor; The contract amount; The method of procurement utilized; The number of bidders who bid on the procurement; and The contract term.
