Regulation .12 Vacancy of Trustee Position During Term.

If a trustee dies or resigns before the completion of the trustee's term, the Board of Trustees shall direct the Executive Director to conduct an election to select a successor trustee to serve for the balance of the trustee's term.

The election shall be conducted in substantial conformity with the procedures set forth in this chapter.
