“Educational institution” means: The University of Maryland System; Morgan State University; St. Mary's College; or The Maryland Higher Education Commission. The following employees of an educational institution are eligible for membership: Faculty members; and Individuals who hold unclassified positions that are under the jurisdiction of an educational institution. Resident doctors are not eligible for membership.
