In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

Terms Defined.
(1)
“Administrative law judge” means an individual assigned by the Office of Administrative Hearings to conduct a hearing pursuant to this chapter.
(2)
“Board” means the Board of Public Works.
(3)
“Party” means the Board or any person whose rights are being adjudicated at a hearing.
