The proceeds of the loan may be used for any purposes approved by the Authority and permitted by the Act, including:
A.
Working capital;
B.
Acquisition of real property and the construction of new buildings or renovation of existing buildings;
C.
Acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment;
D.
The obtaining of additional credit enhancements such as a letter of credit; and
E.
Acquisition of stock.
