The proceeds of the loan may be used for any purposes approved by the Authority and permitted by the MIDFA Act and the Revenue Bond Act, including:
A.
Acquisition of real property and the construction of new buildings or renovation of existing buildings;
B.
Acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment;
C.
The obtaining of additional credit enhancements such as a letter of credit or bond insurance; and
D.
Payment of costs related to issuance of the bonds and permitted by the MIDFA Act, the Revenue Bond Act, and any applicable federal law.
