The Secretary will give an area priority in consideration for designation of an area as a zone if the area is within one-half mile of a present or planned: MARC station along the Penn, Camden, or Brunswick lines; Baltimore Metro Subway station; Baltimore MTA Light Rail station; or Metrorail System station in the State. Discretionary Standard for Priority Consideration. The Secretary may give an area priority in consideration for designation of an area as a zone if the area is of strategic importance to the economic development interests of a county.
