If the Director makes a preliminary determination to recommend an award of offset credits, the Director may condition the recommendation upon an applicant's providing certain documentation or related requirements, which may include: Execution by an applicant of an assignment agreement; and Copies of the: Foreign contract, Solicitation, and Bid or proposal relating to the foreign contract.
