### Chapter 02 — Procedures for Contested Case Hearings Before the Secretary of the Environment

#### Regulation .17 Time Periods.

*COMAR 26.01.02.17*

For good cause the hearing examiner may shorten or extend or waive any time periods provided in this chapter for matters before the hearing examiner. For time periods concerning the exceptions or reconsideration processes, the final decision maker shall make this determination.
