The presiding official shall maintain an official record of the public informational hearing, consisting of: The permit application and related documents; Pertinent studies, reports, evaluations, or other documents of the Administration; Copies of notices required under Regulations .03B and .05A of this chapter, including certifications of publication; Requests for the public informational hearing; The attendance register; Documents, written statements, and other exhibits submitted at the public informational hearing; and The recording of the public informational hearing.
