### Chapter 06 — Stormwater Pollution Control Cost-Share Program

#### Regulation .04 Applicant Eligibility.

*COMAR 26.03.06.04*

An applicant is eligible to apply for financial assistance for one or more projects if the following conditions are fulfilled:

A. The applicant shall be a county or an incorporated municipality in Maryland;

B. The applicant shall submit evidence which demonstrates that the project will:

  (1) Provide pollutant reduction benefits for the stormwater which it handles,

  (2) Handle stormwater generated primarily from existing residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional use.
