### Chapter 12 — Construction Permits and Certain Related Requirements for Major Water Supply and Major Sewerage Systems

#### Regulation .09 Revised Permits and Revised Permit Fees.

*COMAR 26.03.12.09*

An applicant for a revised permit to install, materially alter, or materially extend a major water supply system or major sewerage system shall submit any information the Department requires and pay a nonrefundable revised permit application fee of $100.
