### Chapter 01 — General Regulations

#### Regulation .08 Identification of Licensee.

*COMAR 26.05.01.08*

The Board will provide each licensee with a card that identifies the licensee, the class or category of license, or both, and license number. The licensee shall possess a valid and current card whenever practicing well drilling, and shall exhibit it on demand to authorized officials.
