Water Distribution Systems Operators and Superintendents. Water distribution systems operators and superintendents are classified under one class, Water Distribution (WD). Minimum education and experience requirements for water distribution systems operators and superintendents are: Successful completion of high school or high school equivalency; and One year experience in water distribution.
