Payment of fees under this regulation shall be in the form of a personal check, cashier's check, or money order, made payable to the Board of Environmental Sanitarians. Fees shall accompany the completed application form for certificate issuance, examination, license issuance, license renewal, late license renewal, or license reinstatement. All fees are nonrefundable. The examination fee is the cost as established by the examination service.
