Regulation .03 Enforcement.

A person who violates the requirements of this chapter is subject to administrative and judicial enforcement and penalties, as provided in Environment Article, §§9-334 et seq., Annotated Code of Maryland.

The procedures for an adjudicatory hearing under this chapter are those in COMAR 26.01.02.
