Any source which is subject to the provisions of this chapter is also subject to the applicable provisions of any other chapter. Except as provided in §B of this regulation, if there is any inconsistency between the emission standards for specific installations in this chapter and those set forth elsewhere in the subtitle, the emission standards in this chapter are controlling. The following emission standards set forth elsewhere in this subtitle supersede any less restrictive emission standard in this chapter: COMAR 26.11.06.12 (New Source Performance Standards); COMAR 26.11.15.02 (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants); COMAR 26.11.17 Requirements for Major New Sources and Modifications; and COMAR 26.11.06.14 (Prevention of Significant Deterioration). This chapter is only applicable in Area III.
