### Chapter 23 — Asbestos Accreditation of Individuals, and Approval of Training Courses

#### Regulation .09 Project Designer Training Course Requirements.

*COMAR 26.11.23.09*

A. The project designer's training course shall include lectures, demonstration, a field trip, course review, and a written examination.

B. The abatement project designer's training course shall adequately address the training topics as described in 40 CFR Part 763 (1997), Appendix C to Subpart E—Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan, I. B. Initial Training: 5. Project Designer.(a) Background information on asbestos through (t) Course Review, which is incorporated by reference.
