### Chapter 27 — Emission Limitations for Power Plants

#### Regulation .02 Applicability and Exemptions.

*COMAR 26.11.27.02*

A. This chapter applies to the following fossil-fuel fired electric generating units:

  (1) Brandon Shores Units 1 and 2;

  (2) C.P. Crane Units 1 and 2;

  (3) Chalk Point Units 1 and 2;

  (4) Dickerson Units 1, 2, and 3;

  (5) H.A. Wagner Units 2 and 3;

  (6) Morgantown Units 1 and 2; and

  (7) R. Paul Smith Units 3 and 4.

B. Except as provided in Regulation .03B(7) of this chapter, compliance with this chapter may not be achieved by applying sulfur dioxide (SO2), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), or mercury allowances acquired under any state or federal emissions trading program.
