Regulation .03 List of Prohibited Substances.

The table under §B of this regulation lists prohibited substances in specific end-uses and the applicable effective date of prohibition, unless an exemption is provided for in §C of this regulation. The prohibitions do not apply to products or equipment manufactured for listed end-uses prior to an applicable effective date.
